The last time Clément was seen, he was wearing a Jar Jar Binks Halloween costume with the inscription “Messa want muimui candy” written on it. Clément Bissonnette Jr should now be 54 years old. He was from Saint-Basile-Le-Grand.

On October 31, 1999, Mr. Bissonnette Jr, then 33 years old, left his home and was never seen again. Despite the search work done at that time by investigators and members of the Emergency Unit, Clément Bissonnette Jr has still not been found, almost 20 years later.

Authorities believe that Mr. Bissonnette may have removed his Halloween costume since October 31, 1999 and may therefore be dressed differently.
